Preschool Admissions Process
For preschool students, we accept applications anytime. We encourage parents who want to enroll their child to apply as soon as possible (the child must turn three years old by September 1st of the school year requested).
If your application was submitted by November 1st, your child will participate in the early December group assessment day. In November, parents will receive a phone call scheduling an assessment appointment on the group assessment day. Parents will receive an acceptance packet from the school office by the end of January.
Your child's enrollment is finalized once the paperwork and fees are turned in at the office. If your application is submitted after November 1st, your child will have an assessment with Principal Ho individually. A $50 assessment fee applies for all applicants, check or cash only.
After Acceptance
Step One
Register by completing the appropriate enrollment packet and returning it to the school office along with the registration fee ($50) and the one-month-tuition deposit, both non-refundable.
Step Two
You also need to bring along your Birth Certificate at the time of registration. A student's enrollment is not confirmed until the above fees have been paid and the forms have been received by Pui Tak Christian School.

如何申請入學
疫情期間的入學申請指南
培德基督教學校接受下一學年的入學申請，是採取一貫的滾動式錄取方式。

請下載申請表並填妥，發送電子郵件至 info@puitakschool.org，或者於週一或週四上午9點半至下午3點半之間，將申請表交到校務處。儘管校務處仍有開放的時間，我們建議您在線提交申請表，以減少等待的時間。

學校收到入學申請後，學校的同工會與您聯繫，安排與校長的視頻會議。我們建議學生和家長都在視頻會議中出席。

視頻會議結束後，申請人將通過電子郵件收到一封錄取通知書和入學表格，或者有關孩子未來教育的其他選項和建議。

每位申請者都會接受校長的評估，以作級別安排。一旦伊利諾伊州進入「家居令」開放的第四階段後，請您立即聯繫校務處，預約與校長的會面。您可以撥打校務處電話312-842-8546，或發送電子郵件至info@puitakschool.org，來進行預約。評估費為50美元，必須在預約當天支付。

請注意：一旦您的孩子被錄取，為了預留此名額，您需要一次性繳納 50 元的報名費和一個月的學費押金。這些費用不可退還，但學費押金將被用於支付最後一個月的學費。
學前班
我們隨時接收學前班的入學申請。我們鼓勵您為孩子提早申請（您的孩子需要在申請學年的九月一日滿三週歲）。每年的十一月底至十二月初，家長將接到學校的電話以與校長預約入學評估的日期及時間。評估將在十二月份的第一個星期六進行。在一月末，家長將收到學校的入學通知。新家長將收到入學文件包，填寫完含內的表格後交回校務處，並完成以下的步驟，至此您的入學手續將全部完成。
正式入學前 學前班全日制家長需要：

小學及初中部
幼稚園、小學及初中學的學生申請將採取先到先得的原則。我校全年接受申請。在家長們提交完整的入學申請後，校務處會為您預約同校長面談的時間。新家長將收到入學文件包，填寫完含內的表格後交回校務處，並完成以下的步驟，至此您的入學手續將全部完成。
正式入學前 幼稚園至八年級的家長需要：
