Admissions
Thank you for your interest in Pui Tak Christian School. We’d love to get to know your family!
Application Guidelines
Step One:
Complete the appropriate application form and return it to the PTCS school office at admissions@puitakschool.org, or in person during business hours (Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). While the office is open at specified times, we suggest emailing your application to decrease wait time.
Step Two:
Preschool
We accept preschool applications at any time throughout the year. Your child must be three years old by September 1st of the desired school year.
Following the submission of your application, PTCS office staff will contact you by phone to schedule an educational consultation. If your application is submitted by November 1st, your child will take part in a group assessment in early December. In November, the office staff will contact you to schedule an appointment for the assessment. On the day of the assessment, parents are required to pay a $50 assessment fee.
If your application is submitted after November 1st, your child will have a one-on-one consultation with the principal. On the day of the consult, parents are required to pay a $50 non-refundable consultation fee.
Elementary & Middle School
We accept kindergarten, elementary, and middle school applications on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Following the submission of your application, PTCS office staff will contact you by phone to schedule an educational consultation. In that meeting, the principal or vice principal will get to know your family and do an assessment of your child to determine grade-level placement. It is advised that both the student and parent/s are present during this meeting. If preferred, you can also request to add a school tour to your consult at this time.
Educational consultations require a non-refundable $50 fee, due on your child’s consult day.
Step
Three:
After the meeting, applicants will receive an acceptance letter with enrollment forms via email, or an alternative recommendation for the child's educational path.
