Be a Pui Tak Champion, Join the School Expansion Committee

With Your Help

Pui Tak Christian School will dramatically extend its ability to give more students a quality education in Urban Chicago with a spacious and modern campus.

Through rigorous academics centered on character-building and multi-cultural perspectives, the new site will allow us to equip more young scholars than ever before to become leaders and future Kingdom builders.

Who: Dedicated and skilled volunteers from diverse backgrounds and professions with a desire to transform the future of Chicago’s South Side and beyond through education.

What: Project Nehemiah is a campaign to gather the capital and resources needed to move our school to a new, state-of-the-art campus truly designed for learning. We need you to work alongside our staff and board members to raise funds and broaden awareness of our mission using the unique talents and networks that only you have!

Skills of all kinds needed! Some examples include:

Photo Editing & Graphic Design

Why: Our staff and students already do so much with so little, with most grade levels consistently performing above the 90th percentile. The right tools and a bigger facility would improve learning and the school’s capacity to serve students! Imagine a neighborhood and community transformed through better education and opportunities! Champion our cause at this critical moment in Pui Tak history while growing your network and developing new skills.

Impact: Pui Tak Christian School opened its doors in 1953 and quickly became a beacon in the immigrant community of Chinatown. With this expansion, we will offer quality education and better opportunities to a greater area of urban Chicago. We remain a transformational, Christ-centered school where children love to learn and learn to love.

Leave a legacy through education equity!
